Merve Bahar, a graduate of the Department of Industrial Design at Izmir Institute of Technology, has been honored with the Iron A’ Design Award in the Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design category at the prestigious A’ Design Award & Competition for the “Glare Glassware Series” project, which she developed for Kapp Mutfak as part of  Palanduz Tasarım.

Combining the aesthetic and functional qualities of glass with a contemporary design approach, the Glare Glassware Series stands out through its user-centered perspective and the strong relationship it establishes between material and form. Regarding the achievement, Merve Bahar stated:

“The Glare Glassware Series project that I developed for Kapp Mutfak as part of Palanduz Tasarım received the Iron Award in the Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design category at the A’ Design Award.”
