The invention titled “Animal and Plant Cell Toy” designed by Nilüfer Talu and Ceyda Çolak, has been granted a utility model patent by the Turkish Patent Institute on August 21, 2024.

This invention is a closed-loop maze toy that simulates animal and plant cells. The toy consists of a main body, top and bottom parts, and pieces representing cell organelles. The game simulates the movement of intracellular molecules between organelles as balls move through the constructed maze. The balls start at the cell wall, pass through channels, and are directed back into the game in a closed loop via a mechanized nucleus. The game enhances skills such as hand-eye coordination, muscle strength, and balance.
